ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Items for sale by MIRRA MAES are only eligible for exchange for store credit within 7 days of the order being delivered, in the case that you have received a defective or incorrect product, and we have the correct item in stock. In the event that we do not have the item in stock, we will issue a refund; in this case, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Otherwise, all orders are final sale.


To qualify for a damaged return, items must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging; void of use, wear, wash, and any odors or fragrances. 
Once your damaged product return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return for exchange is accepted or declined. If the item(s) do not conform to the established requirements, they will be returned to the customer at their expense. Upon inspection, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to accept or decline any merchandise.

An email notification will be sent to you once your item has been received. Please allow a period of 7 to 14 business days for the processing of all returns.
Should your return be accepted, you will receive instructions to ship your item using your preferred shipping method. Your return shipping method must be trackable. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item using the store credit.

Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot and do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
