ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Items are not eligible for returns, with no exceptions.
Due to limited available quantities, we can only offer a return for items that are received damaged for store credit.
Once your damaged product return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined.
Customers are required to notify us at info@mirramaes.com regarding any requests for damaged returns within 48 hours following the delivery date.
To qualify for a damaged return, items must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging; void of use, wear, wash, and any odors or fragrances.
If the item(s) do not conform to the established requirements, they will be returned to the customer at their expense. Upon inspection, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to accept or decline any merchandise.
Should your return be accepted, you will receive instructions to ship your item using your preferred shipping method. Your return shipping method must be trackable.
An email notification will be sent to you once your item has been received. Please allow a period of 7 to 14 business days for the processing of all returns.
