Order Cancellation and Modification Policy

Once an order is placed, we are unable to cancel or modify it. Additionally, shipments will only be sent to the address provided at the time of checkout. It is mandatory for the shipping and billing addresses to match for security purposes. Changes to delivery details are not permissible at any time.

We will process orders in the order they are received, and it is not possible to combine shipping for multiple orders directed to the same address. All orders placed through our website are contingent upon product availability and acceptance. Should an item you purchase become unavailable, we will notify you at the earliest opportunity.

We reserve the right to modify the products listed on our website without prior notice. Additionally, we may limit the quantity of products that can be purchased in a single transaction and may choose to modify or discontinue any of our product offerings. If Mirra Maes discontinues an item that you have ordered, we will issue a full refund for any product purchased but not yet dispatched.

Order Status

You will receive an electronic notification containing tracking information once your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 72 hours for real-time tracking updates for in-stock items and 3 to 6 weeks for pre-orders. 

We are not liable for any shipments that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. Please be advised that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Sales Tax

In compliance with individual state regulations, sales tax will be automatically applied to all orders being shipped.

Orders ship within 5-7 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a separate email with tracking. The estimated delivery date is typically 3-7 business days from when the order shipped.
