Yes, we provide free domestic (within the USA) standard shipping on all orders over $100. For orders under $100, a small shipping fee applies, which will be shown at checkout.

We do not offer free international shipping.

Orders for in-stock products ship within 48 hours of confirmation. All orders for pre-ordered products will be shipped on the provided timeline at purchase. We will communicate any delays in pre-order timing as soon as we have them.

Orders, including pre-orders, cannot be cancelled once they are placed. Shipped orders can only be exchanged in the case of a defective or incorrect item being received.

Yes, we ship to most countries. If your country is not available at check out, we are not currently able to ship there.

All pre-order products will have a stated shipment window that discloses they are a pre-order
Pre-order products are expected to ship within the provided time window at checkout. We do our best to meet these delivery timelines, but forces out of our control may delay the shipment of your order. We will communicate all delays as we receive them. A delay is not an eligible reason for order cancellation.

Your payment method will be charged at the time your order is placed.

Orders may be cancelled due to various reasons, including an item no longer being available or your order being flagged as fraud by our detection technology. You will receive an order cancellation email with a stated reason at the time the order is cancelled.

In the case that your order was cancelled or a refund was approved, we will process the refund immediately. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5-10 business days to see the refund posted to your account.
